HEATHROW TRAVELLERS REST EASY THANKS TO NORTHUMBRIAN FURNISHER.
Hotel Solutions, which offers a turnkey service to hotels throughout the UK, has designed and furnished 55 bedrooms at The Stanwell, near Heathrow, and supplied furniture and soft furnishings for the hotel's lounge and restaurant.
The work was part of a multi-million pound refurbishment programme at the Stanwell, in Stanwell, Middlesex and a major contract for Hotel Solutions, which has designed and furnished rooms in the past for, among others, Close House Hotel near Newcastle, the Fox Country House Hotel, High Wycombe, and Best Western Hotels throughout the UK. "Our work during 2010 has taken us throughout the country, and The Stanwell was one of a series of important contracts which has contributed to the growth of Hotel Solutions this year," said managing director Paul Satow.
Hotel Solutions provides a full design and furniture/accessories supply service for hotels large and small from its base in Hexham, Northumberland.
The Stanwell Hotel's new look provided by Hotel Solutions includes multi-textured cube stools and chairs in the contemporary lounge areas and designer bedrooms featuring faux crocodile headboards and striped Zebrano veneers.

HOTEL SOLUTIONS LTD SUPPORT LOCAL CHARITY
Hotel Solutions Sales Director, Paul Satow, has embarked upon a big challenge to cycle the Coast to Coast Cycle Ride to raise funds for a local Charity Tynedale Community Hospice.
The route, some 140 miles, from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Tynemouth in the North East will pass through some testing hills going over Whinlatter pass in the Lakes and up Hartside to the top of the Pennines. Paul hopes to complete the challenge in only 3 days. It will take place from 11th to 13th July.
Paul is doing the bike ride in aid of Tynedale Community Hospice who offer different services to help patients and their families maintain as good a quality of life at home as possible. The charity is particularly special to Paul, as he explains: "Tynedale Community Hospice were a great help to our family during my wife's illness. Their help was greatly received and we are indebted to the Charity. Tynedale Community Hospice have a shortfall in funding so funds are needed."

The Bed that’s Licensed to Thrill!
In their hunt for a bed fit for 007, the props team working on the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale, didn’t turn to ‘Q’ for assistance, instead they used a simple Google search which led them to Hotel Solutions, who usually supply a turn key service for the interior design of hotel bedrooms.
“Although this was an unusual request, the client received the same service as any of our clients. This is because we specialise in bespoke orders, large and small, and we are able to supply what the client wants, to the specification they want, often within tight timescales.” Explained Paul Satow, Sales Manager with Hotel Solutions. “Obviously it was very exciting for us to be involved in such a special project and the whole team can’t wait to see the film, so that we can see our bed in action on the big screen.”
Indeed the bed should stand out on screen as it is certainly has a licence to thrill measuring in at 8 foot wide by 7 foot long. Its grand size did not prove a problem for Hotel Solutions, neither did delivering it ready for action in Prague, within 3 weeks of the ordered being received.
“It is no surprise to me that Hotel Solutions have worked on such a prestigious venture because their service is efficient and friendly. They have just completed refurbishing 20 of our bedrooms, and they were certainly never shaken by any of our unusual requests, they just got stirred into action and delivered great results.” Said Ross Murray, Owner of the Manesfield Hotel in Elgin.
